大阪市中央区和泉町にあるイタリアン「AVERLA（アヴェルラ）」に行ってきました。
Ａランチ（1,000円）にしました。パスタは「イカとナスのスパゲティ」でした。
ソースが選べます。
オイルソース ｏｒ トマトソース ｏｒ 明太子ソースです。
イタリアンではレアな明太子ソースにしました。
メニューを見てとっさに判断できなかったのですが、オイルソースとトマトソースは大盛りが無料でした。
生ビールはあるのかどうか未確認ですが、ワインやサワーはありました。
「パインアメサワーの素」も。
話はそれますが缶入りの「パインアメサワー」は飲んだことがあります。美味しかったです。
生ハムが載った「グリーンサラダ」です。
抜群に、(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ! (ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!! (ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!
ドレッシングが後半、やや足りなかったですね。
ハードで、少し酸味が感じられるパンが付いていました。
「イカとナスのスパゲティ」です。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
添えられたライムをギュッと搾り・・・というのがなかなか日本の食文化にないですよね。
プリップリのイカが抜群に美味しいです。
もっと硬いのかと思っていましたが程よい歯応えでした。
シャキシャキの水菜と柔らかいナスの食感のコントラストが楽しいです。
しかし、改めに思ったのは・・・明太子ソースは万能ですね！
またまた美味しいお店に出会えた喜びを、噛みしめました。＾＾
壁に貼られていたメニューの「エッグザイル」（200円）というのが妙に気になりました。
玉子料理なんでしょうけど。
