月曜日の夕刻より、2泊の大阪出張です。定宿は北浜駅界隈にありますが、せっかくならと少し遠回りして、うなぎ百名店の当店にお伺いすることにしました。
18:45に到着しましたが、先客は1人のみです。店内はテーブル席のみで、落ち着いた雰囲気です。私の後に来たお客さんは、売り切れということで断られていましたので、ギリギリセーフでした。
注文は、上うなぎ丼3800円と肝すい200円です。待つこと7分程度ですぐに提供されました。上だとうなぎは3分の2サイズとのことですが、これくらいで十分です。関西風はふっくらではなくぱりっとしているものかと想定していましたが、思ったよりふっくらしており、濃いタレと固めのライスと相まってとても美味いです。
さすが百名店だと思いました！最後の一食ありがとうございました！
