11:15開店の様ですが、11:25待つことなくテーブルにご案内頂きました。既に多くのテーブルが埋まってはいました。特上重をお願いして配膳まで10分掛かるか否か、事前にある段階までは焼き上げているから可能な早業ですね。その事前準備と調理プロセスによるものと思われます、地焼きですが意外にしっとり、また脂が適度に落ちてあっさりいただけました。肝吸い、赤だし、澄まし、どれも200円の値付けも何だかとてもあっさりしています。気取らない雰囲気にとてもリラックスして頂けました。ご馳走様でした。（3,3,3,-,3）
