以前から気になっていた、こちらのお店にお伺いしました。
1時半頃来店したせいか、他には誰もおらず貸切状態。
ランチメニューは2種類ですが、本日はカルボナーラと梨豚のピリ辛キムチのオルキエッテ。
オルキエッテとは「ニョッキに似たパスタ」とご説明をいただきました。
本日は、カルボナーラが売り切れで、パスタはオルキエッテから変更可能とのことでした。
キムチとパスタ！！と思ったけど、選択肢はありませんのでそのまま注文。
オルキエッテパスタは食べたことがなかったので、パスタも変更せずに、メニュー通りのオルキエッテパスタで。
直ぐにワイングラスに入ったプーアル茶とサラダを持っていただきました。
ドレッシングはテーブルの上に置いてあるゴマとワサビの2種類のうち、ワサビをチョイス。
ワサビが効いててドレッシングはかなり美味しい。
暫くすると、お店の方がピアノの生演奏を始めていただき、感激。
そして、焼きたてパンを持っていただきました。本当に焼きたてで熱いくらいでした。
いよいよメインのキムチパスタ。
うーん。なんと表現してよいのか。本当にキムチ味で、豚キムチにパスタが入ったというか。
パスタはアルデンテ。
パンを食べ終わっていたらお店の方が「おかわりをおもちしましょうか？」
美味しかったので、1ツおかわりを頂きました。
食後の飲み物にアイスコーヒーを注文。
フレッシュではなく、ちゃんとミルクを持って頂きました。
次回は早めに来て、チョイスを楽しみたいと思います。
