土曜日に会議。六時過ぎだったので、空港に行く前にすこし食事をすることになりました。
談笑しながら肝心なことを打ち合わせることもあるもんで
店にあまり人がいなかったのも幸いして、ちょうど自分たちの会話に集中したかった僕は
他のお客さんの会話や騒音に邪魔されずに済んだだけでもかなりのすばらしい時間になりました。
料理はフレンチと言いつつもイタリアンです。
というよりパスタ屋さんと、洋食屋さんが一緒になったような気楽なお店。
ワインが充実しているのかも知れないのですがメンバーでワインを頼むようなセンスのすぐれたものがいなかったので
残念ながら、ワインの実力を知ることができませんでした。
「前菜、サラダ、パスタは二種類、メインを適当に見つくろってください。」とうオーダーをしました。
パスタはホタルイカと菜花、二皿目はアマトリチアーナという内容でした。
ホタルイカのほうが抜群にうまかったです。
メインはチキン１ピースを三人でシェアだったのがすこしボリュームが少なかったかな。
ただ、テンポ良く出してくれた腕前はありがたかったですね。
時間が限られている中で、料理のタイミングを計りながらだしてくれ
しかも、一気に出すようなことをしないのでコース仕立てに見えるし
ありがたかったです。
また、会議の後は頼ってしまいそうです。
