ヘルシーなお食事がいただけると噂のチアリさん。この日は大根ごはんと唐揚げの定食をいただきました。平日の昼間、店内はたくさんの女性客で賑わっておりました。
本来は、大根ごはんとお魚のセットだったのですが、お魚が売り切れということで
鶏のから揚げになりました。
お味噌汁は、外食では初めていただく優しいお出汁。普段外でランチするときは、お味噌汁ってかなり味が濃いですが、添加物が入っていないような体に優しいお出汁でした。とってもほっこりした気分になります。
メニューには大根ごはんと書いてあったので、大根の炊き込みご飯なのか？と思っていましたが、
なんと、大根の葉とジャコのピリ辛炒めに温泉卵が乗っかった素敵なご飯でした。
大根の葉とジャコの炒め物は大好きなのでとてもうれしかったです。
少しごはんが冷たくて、あたたかい方がもっと美味しいんじゃないのかな？と思いました。
鶏のから揚げの量など全体的にボリュームに欠ける気はしますが、体にいいものを食べたいときにはもってこいの定食だと思います。
