天満橋で講習会、お昼時間が45分しかなく人気店は難しい。ずっと前にブックマークしてあったお店に行く。
でも いつ、なんでブックマークしたのか記憶無し･･･
想像以上にセンスよく、奥行きが深くなるほどに天井が高い空間に、イッキに嬉しくなる。

ご飯が、自家栽培の大根の葉とちりめんの菜めしです。半熟たまごがぷるんと乗ってます。
これはランチで珍しい。
味付けは塩かげん控えめで、大根菜の味を感じておいしい。
小鉢がふたつ。
根菜と芋、蒟蒻の白和え。これ かなーりおいしい。
大根煮物。コレは昨日以上前からじっくり味のしゅんだ大根を冷やしてあるんだけど、やや味が醤油がしみて辛すぎて、あまり好きじゃなかった。
白菜と大根とたまごのお吸い物 がやさしーい。そして白菜のしゃき感がいい〜
何よりおいしかったのはメインの鯖。サバ！
“鯖の圧力煮 ”チンゲンサイ、チコリー（？自信なし）人参、さやいんげんが添えてある。
添えられた野菜はたぶん別調理で火がとおりすぎず、野菜のいい歯ざわりがしゃきっと残っていて、
鯖は醤油でも味噌でもなく、出汁でたいてあり、最高。柔らか〜〜い。
骨までやわらかいのは圧力鍋で煮てるからかな\(•ㅂ•)/
家で、鯖といえば醤油か味噌で煮ていたけど、こんど、おいしい出汁でマネしてみようと思った一品。
ぱっと見女子受けしそうなカフェ的な店内ですが、年上のおひとり様男性客もチラホラ。
健康志向の定食好きにはうってつけ。
このお店、会社の近くにあったら、しょっちゅう行っちゃうやつです。
