卵は口の中でしわっ瞬時に弾け、淡雪のように蕩けるスフレ食感。

まったりとクリーミーな卵感をメイキング。
中はスタンダードなケチャップライス。
具材はコーンのみを混ぜ込んであり、単調になりがちなケチャップライスに彩と歯ごたえのアクセント。
デミグラスソースは浅いブラウン、ビーフ、マッシュルーム、玉ねぎがin。
ほろ苦いデミソースとは対照的な甘く、トマトの風味が強くオーソドックスではあるが安心感あるデリシャスソース。
小ぶりなコロッケはクリームコロッケもさっくり、滑らか。
しっとり、フワプル、サクサクの多彩な口当たりがクロスオーバーし

スープは刻みオニオンとパセリを散らしたコンソメ、味は濃い目。
サラダはレタスにクルトン、こっくりしたシーザードレッシング。
