自家製粉石臼挽手打蕎麦守破離。
これだけだと呪文みたいなお名前。
天満橋にチーズを買いに行く途中に毎回通るのですが
14時閉店ということもあって敷居の高い店になっておりましたが
今日は早起き。
さぁ行きますか。
店内凄くいい雰囲気。
家具もいい。
音楽もいい。
メニュー表が少し残念。
二八と
十割の盛り合わせで
僕の下はお子様なので微妙な違いが解からなかった。
こことかこことかここみたいに明らかな変化があったら楽しかったのに。
でも美味しいですよ。
小物は良いですが
蕎麦湯がどろどろすぎて残念。
なんでも8分目が好みです。
エルメスを堪能して帰りましたとさ。
