百名店のおそば★谷四の「守破離」
平日の19時すぎ予約していなくて満席だったので10分くらい待ちました。19時半ラストオーダーで20時閉店です。
野菜天おろし(野菜の天ぷらと大根おろしのぶっかけそば)1060円と大山鳥の山椒焼き860円を注文。
10分くらい待ちました。
大山鳥の山椒焼きは蕎麦屋の一品とは思えない美味しさ！お肉が柔らかく山椒が効きすぎてなく焼き加減最高！
メインの蕎麦は自家製麺で太いとこが所々にあってそこもよかった。細いけどコシがあって出しも美味しい。天ぷらもサクサクで美味しい★
次はざるそばを食べてみたいです！

好きなお蕎麦屋さん4回目の再訪です。
平日の7時半、ほぼ満席でしたが入れました。
いつもの旬菜天盛りそばを注文。
あとはスルメの天ぷらと大山鶏の山椒焼きをシェア。
スルメの天ぷらは注文してから15分後、そばは40分してでてきました。
今回店員さんに初めて麺は太い方か細い方かどちらか聞かれたので、食べたことない太い麺にしてみました。
天ぷらは芽キャベツやふきのとうなど季節感溢れてて熱々サクサクでおいしかったです。
そばはずっと細い方を食べていて慣れてないせいか、そばをたべているというよりうどんやつけ麺のような感じでした。
私は細い麺の方が好きでした。
次は細い麺を求めてまた行きます！
