全日本フィギュアスケート選手権…2日目
大阪に棲む後輩が谷町六丁目に住んでいて
たまたま有給休暇ということで
リンクに行く前にランチデートに
気分は蕎麦！という私のリクエストで
幾つかのお蕎麦屋さんをピックアップしてくれて
その中でもお昼時はサラリーマンが行列するという
こちら【守破離】さんへ
あら、並んでない！ラッキー！
と思ったら、丁度満席になった処で……
結局、今季最強のクリスマス寒波の小雪チラホラの中
並ぶ事なりました
10年近く会っていない後輩とマシンガントークの
近況報告で盛り上がっていたら
吹き曝しの外の木のベンチでも寒くなかった
（ウソです。寒かったです）
お客様が一回転して、二巡目のトップ
奥の半個室に通されて、まったり
オーダーはこの寒い季節は「鴨南ばん」一択
店員さんが提供するときに「鴨は冷めると固くなりますので、先に鴨からお召し上がりください」
たしかに、肉厚の鴨！
これが固かったら噛み切れないわ
肉厚ゆえんのアドバイスですね
思ったよりもお蕎麦が太い！！！
更科蕎麦を見慣れている関東人には驚きでしたが
お出汁も美味しく、鴨も最後まで柔らかく頂きました
ご馳走さまでした
