本日は蕎麦の日〜
谷町四丁目にある
守破離 谷町四丁目店さんにて
「鴨つけ汁そば」を頂きました。
とある食事会の予約のために
谷町四丁目訪問､､､
ついでにお昼休みはいつも長蛇の列で
訪問しては断念を繰り返していた
蕎麦の名店を覗いてみると外待ち無し。
このchanceを逃す訳には
いかないだろう！ということで
初訪問しました♪
19:20到着。待ち無し、即入店。
但し、自分が入店して満席で、
その後外待ちが発生していました。
【注文】鴨つけ汁そば 1,480円也
◇◇◇◇つけ汁
醤油と魚介系の出汁が効いた
少し濃い目のtaste､､､
表面は削節でしょうか？
出汁の素材で覆われています。
中には厚めの鴨肉と長葱が入っていて
どちらもこのスープの味に
matchしています。
鴨肉はしっかり火が通っていますが
柔らかい､､､

細い十割蕎麦､､､
蕎麦そのものの味わいも良く、
思わず塩だけで食べたくなります^ ^
勿論、つけ汁との相性もバッチリ。
つけ汁の味を邪魔することなく
細めの麺がしっかりとスープを
リフティング。
量は少し少な目ですが、
有料で大盛り、おかわりは可能です。
程なく完食。
最後に蕎麦湯を提供され、
器に注いでみると､､､
トロトロの濃度が濃い好きなタイプ。
最後まで蕎麦の旨みを堪能して
帰路につきました♪
