「守破離 谷町四丁目店」さんにお邪魔しました。大阪メトロ 谷町四丁目駅徒歩3〜4分程にあるお店です。今回は「天盛りそば」を頂きました。そばは細くのどごしが良くコシが有り良かったです❗今回は二八そばですが十分堪能出来ました❗つゆは濃いめの味ですが鰹が効いて良かったです❗わさびは自分でおろして入れる事ができ良い香りがするわさびで辛味も抑えていました❗天ぷらはエビ･野菜等たっぷりでボリュームも有り、衣もサクッとして良かったです❗天つゆ･塩で楽しめました❗〆のそば湯も頂きました。店内も雰囲気が良く、そば･天ぷらどちらも堪能できました。ご馳走様でした❗
