天満橋パンテナの地下一階の大陸系中華料理屋。
セットメニューが安いです。さらにLINE登録すると10%オフか、ワンドリンクサービスが得られます。
コスパの良いお店ですね。
そして店員さんがお元気で笑
台湾ラーメンセット(1,000円)
セットはチャーハンか天津飯か選べます。
今回はチャーハンで。
台湾ラーメンを名古屋の「味仙」のものとするならば、これは台湾ラーメンではないです。味の良い鶏ガラスープにラー油、コチジャンで辛味が足されているのですが、でもこれがマズイ訳では無い不思議？？別物。
鶏ガラスープがしっかりしているからかなのかな。
麺は大陸系中華特有の中太角ストレート麺。麺硬めで頼みましたがかなりの硬め。これ嫌いじゃない。
不思議な大陸系中華。
チャーハンは正統派で量はちょっとですがなんか懐かしくて、派手さは無いけど美味しいと言える味。
他の方のレビューを見ると坦々麺が美味しいらしい。
そちらを今度は試してみようかな。
なんだろ、嫌いじゃない。
