お昼時に事務所に居てたんで、近所にある前から気になってたむらしまさんで昼食を摂る事にしました。
店先の看板を見ると、今日の定食はビフカツとアジフライの様です。
カラスカレイの塩焼きに心惹かれますが、和食のお店でビフカツなんて面白いと思い注文する事にしました。
ビフカツは、適度な弾力が有るのに柔らかな食感で、脂っぽくなく美味しく食べれました。
アジフライは噛んだ瞬間、ブワッと口の中でアジの脂が弾けるジューシーなアジフライでびっくりしましたよ(´ｰ｀)
さすが和食のお店、ご飯はふっくら炊きたての美味しいご飯。
付け合わせのオクラとなめこの和え物は、体に良さげで尚且つ美味しいです。
具沢山の豚汁は、ホンマに沢山の具かてんこ盛りです。
私が最初の客らしく、まだ少し温まり切ってはいませんでしたが、猫舌の私には丁度良かったですよ(´ω｀)
夜来てシッポリ呑むのに良さげなお店でした(´ｰ｀)
