谷町四丁目界隈の街中華開拓で本日お伺いしたのは「美祥」場所的には谷町四丁目と堺筋本町の間くらいになります。13時到着 店外に設置されているメニュー看板をチェック…入口付近に置いてある消毒液を使用していざ店内へ･･入口を開けると奥行きのある広めの店内 お客さんで半分弱の席が埋まってました。６人掛けテーブルにひとり座り ”味噌ラーメン半炒飯セット（850円）” を注文、コーヒーも付くようでアイスコーヒーをお願いしました。調理スピードは速く5分程度ですべて出来上がって配膳されてきました。
味噌ラーメンは、豚肉・エビ・イカ・キクラゲ・チンゲン菜・キャベツ・ニンジン・玉葱・モヤシ・ニラ・ネギがトッピング、喉越しよく食べやすい中細ストレート麺に豚骨ベースの味噌味 熱々程よい油分に塩分控えめであっさり 具材は多くボリュームたっぷり…野菜の水分が出ているのか食べだしは薄味に感じましたが 食べなれてくるとギリギリ普通の範囲かなっとも思います。
半炒飯はほんのりカレー風味でパサパサした食感 味付けは薄め｡｡全体的に量多めで申し分なく満腹ですが 味付けがやや薄味なので物足りなさを感じます｡食べ終える頃には女性スタッフがアイスコーヒーも持って来てくれました。
定食各種ありでコーヒー付き・卓上調味料はコショウ・一味・ラー油・和からし・酢などがあります。店内にはテレビが設置、テーブル ・丸テーブル10卓（4～8人掛け)）あり テーブルにも消毒液が置いてあります。13時を回っても断続的にお客さんの出入りがあり 常に半分以上は席が埋まる店内をフロント・厨房スタッフ6名程度で忙しそうに切り盛りされてました。
