大阪のベルギービール好きの中では基本中の基本とも言える「ドルフィン」グループが経営する居酒屋。
洋食ではなく焼き鳥屋としての形態。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席。
3割るくらいの埋まり具合です。
カウンターに座りましたが、各ベルギービール公認のグラスは油でギトギトであった。
キッチン側から遠く使われない客席側になるにつれ油に晒されても磨かれないんだろうなと。
全部は磨けないから使う数個だけ下げておいた方が見目も麗しいかと。
ボトルのビールはお値段高めの印象。

当然美味しい。

火が通り過ぎという事もなくジューシーでした。

脂を油で揚げるという暴挙。
しかしビールには合います。
鶏雑炊550円
死んだ鶏たちの怨念が旨味となって押し寄せる。
ダシしっかりで〆には最高。
樽生のヒューガルテンとおつまみ少しで楽しむのが良さそうなお店でした。
