A Chinese Cuisine restaurant near the Osaka Prefectural Office. It's in the basement of a building, so there's almost no internet connection, but it can't be helped. At lunchtime, a set of Taiwanese Ramen and fried rice was 850 yen. I think regular customers never get bored because they can choose a set that includes Ramen and rice. The Taiwanese Ramen is a little underwhelming, but considering the price, I guess it can't be helped. Recommended for lunch time.
