何年もBMしておきながら、うどんの気分になってようやく訪問。
カフェみたいなお店です。
ランチはうどんに丼もついたセットもあります。
煮豚丼定食980円にしよう。うどんは関西だしうどんで。
うどんは大阪うどんなのかな？麺は細めで食感は柔らかい。柔らかいうどんも嫌いじゃないのです。
甘味の少ない上品な出汁。
煮豚は角煮で、これも甘味ない塩っぱめの角煮。
角煮自体は普通なのですが、うん、塩っぱいな。うどんの出汁が折角減塩なのに(^^;)
天丼とか他の定食も良さげでした。
