出雲一色のこだわりうどん。
火曜日の12:00に天満橋の『マルト』へ。
「とり天ぶっかけうどん(750円)」をオーダー。
8分後到着。
一口。美味い。
カツオの効いた出汁にしっかりコシのある麺。
ぶっかけつゆはしっかり味のある濃い目の出汁で、コシの強い麺に負けず良い味。
とり天は大きいのが4個。
モモ肉でかなりジューシーです。
天満橋付近には美味しいうどん屋がないので、うどん好きにとっては何ともありがたいお店です。
ごちそうさまでした。

水曜日の12:30に天満橋の『うどん やきとり とびた』へ。
以前は『出雲そばマルト』という店名でしたが、いつの間にか業態転換されてました。
でもランチタイムのうどんのメニューはそのままな感じ。
「きつねうどん(800円)」をオーダー。
7分後到着。
一口。美味い。
あっさりしたお出汁は味は薄めかな。
別に物足りないわけではなく、週に2〜3回来ても飽きない味といえばいいでしょうか。
少し細めのうどんは温かくてもコシがあります。
大判の揚げはほんのり甘みがありますが、甘みが強過ぎることはありません。
厚みもあるのでお出汁をよく吸い込んでます。
夜は焼鳥がメインになるのかな？
