昔、親に連れていかれた記憶がある「出雲そば」
看板を見て懐かしくなり入店しました。
京阪天満橋から徒歩3分程度の場所にあります。
お昼時には近所のサラリーマンで、すぐに満席！
日替わり定食を注文してみました。
この日のメインのおかずは、ごぼうの天ぷら。
お蕎麦は、かなり腰があり、やや固め。
出雲そばって、こんなに固かったかな…と思いつつ、完食。
温かいお蕎麦だと、もう少し違う味わいになるのでしょうか…
まあ、今回は冷たいお蕎麦を注文したので、そば本来の香りは十分に堪能できました。
寒くなったら、また来ます。
