Soba and Udon Shop It was cold that day, so warm udon seemed to be popular, but I was curious about Wariko Soba, so I ordered the Wariko Soba set meal. There are a la carte items and set meals, and you can choose your own toppings, so it gets crowded at lunchtime, and there may be a wait depending on the time of day. A set of 3 types of Wariko soba, Small dish, and Kayaku rice. Wariko soba comes in three types: okra, nameko, and quail eggs. I thought it was unusual that soba hot water was included from the beginning. A small amount of each dish is placed in the bowl, so eat it one by one. There was no wasabi as a condiment, and there was ginger instead. It also comes with tempura cake, green onions, seaweed, and grated maple leaves, so you can enjoy a different flavor with each layer. The soba noodles are thick and chewy. This is a type of soba that is rare in Osaka. The thickness of the soba soup is just right. I felt that soba noodles alone were a bit unsatisfactory, so I'm glad that it comes with quick rice. This is a good restaurant when you want to eat something light.
