最後のイチゴで、ｸﾘｭｯｸﾌｨｰﾙｽﾞのモッツァレラチーズです。
この水牛のモッツァレラチーズ 本物です。甘いんです。
やはり、日本でモッツァレラチーズを食べるならこれですよね
フレッシュ感が違います。
相変わらずのスペシャリテ、しめさばのブルスケッタは
お寿司屋さんの締め方では無く、砂糖も使うので、奥行きが違う。
トンナートもUMAMIの塊。 ハムで無く、キントア豚のロースト。
豚のポテンシャルが違います。
トリッパとランプレドット いつものお味で美味しいです。
この日も、もちろん「タヤリン」多めです。
ワインのペアリングも申し分なく
満足の一日でした。 次回もとっても楽しみです。
