予約の取れないお店ですがたまたまお誘いいただき初来訪できました。
この日も満席でシェフ1人でサービスから料理提供までされています。
・いちごとモッツァレラ
・鯖の炙り チーズ、サルサヴェルデソースのブルスケッタ

スペシャリテの鯖、タヤリンは王道の味付けでしみじみと美味しいな〜と感じました。
