餃子にビールは悪魔のささやき
今日も谷四に出来た新しい中華料理店です。
こちらのお店は谷九にある溢香園が、谷四に出されたお店となってます。
まだ出来たばかりのこちらのお店、11月中はオープニングフェアで生ビールが100円になるとの事。
谷四レビュアーでビール党なら行くしかないですよね！
お店に入るとカウンター席が満杯で、一人でしたが奥にあるテーブル席に案内してもらい、生ビールに麻婆豆腐、餃子とド定番なメニューを注文しました。
麻婆豆腐
鉄鍋に入ったコク旨タイプと思いきや、後から辛さが尾を引くヒリヒリ辛いタイプで、豆腐多めのアッサリ系でニンニクはあまり感じず、痺れ控えめのオールドタイプで安心の味です。
結構辛いラー油をドーピングでパンチ力絶大の美味しい麻婆豆腐は後口爽やか、唇ヒリヒリタイプ
麻婆豆腐は奥が深いと思わずにはいられない一品でした(´ｰ｀)
餃子
パリパリ羽根付き餃子は、餡がよく練り込まれたクリーミータイプ
見た目より上品な味わいですが、ラー油多めのタレで食べると狂暴なパンチ力を発揮するので注意が必要です。
もちろんあっさり派なあなたにぴったりの、酢に胡椒も完備済み。
細かいところまで気配りができているみたいですね。
ところで、餃子に生ビールは何故にこんなに私の心を惹きつけてやまないのでしょう⁉︎
などと物思いに耽っていると気付けば生中5杯目（笑）
あんまりビールばっかり飲んでると、迷惑がられるかもしれないのでそろそろお暇いたしますf^_^;

店先の看板に「刀削麺」の文字
この時初めて刀削麺があるのに気付いたのだけれど、
前からメニューに刀削麺って有ったっけ？
刀削麺は、
・麻辣牛肉刀削麺

・四川坦々刀削麺
・台湾刀削麺
・五目刀削麺
・麻婆刀削麺と、多種多様
もう何が何だか意味不明に種類が多いです
五目刀削麺が美味しそう！なんて思ってはみたものの、
以前食べた麻婆豆腐が結構美味しかったので、今回は麻婆刀削麺を注文する事に決定
せやかて、麻婆豆腐が入ってたら無難やと思わへん？
⭐︎麻婆刀削麺 880円（ご飯食べ放題付）
スープはサッポロ一番みそラーメンみたいな味
ベースはヘナヘナヘナで弱めの村上ショージタイプ
刀削麺はムッチリとした食感が嬉しい姉さんタイプ
麺は結構美味いのだけれど、スープが少し迫力不足
以前に食べた麻婆豆腐は美味しかったのですが、
刀削麺のスープに加えると、辛くはなく草食系
まあ、結局スープをご飯の上からかけて食べるのだけれどね
そしたら、ご飯の上に掛けたら不思議とそんなに悪くはないのですよ(*´-`)
それにしても日替わりランチ安すぎちゃう？
