谷町四丁目界隈の街中華開拓で本日お伺いしたのは「溢香園 谷町四丁目店」地下鉄谷町四丁目駅から谷町筋を南方向に下って数分の所にお店があります。13時前到着 入口手前に消毒液が設置…店内に入ると先客１名｡｡メニューをチェックし目についた ”長崎ちゃんぽんセット” をお願いしました。
長崎ちゃんぽんは、イカ・エビ・アサリ・うずら卵・メンマ・白菜・チンゲン菜・ニンジン・シメジがトッピング、喉越しよく柔らかめに茹でた中太ストレート麺に鶏ガラベースの白濁スープ 熱々で油分少なめ 調理工程で使用したと思われるコショウがスープに溶け込みピリッとスパイスが効いた味わい｡｡具材をほぼ食べ終えた後はスパイス風味も弱まり サラっとしたスープを数口頂くと…やや薄味であっさり 円やかさもあり普通に美味しい範囲です。
日替り・定食・セットメニュー各種あり、卓上調味料はコショウ・ラー油・酢・塩・辛子などがあります。店内にはテレビが設置、１階はやや席間隔狭めのカウンター9席（仕切りなし）・２階にもテーブル席があるようです。スタッフ3名で切り盛りされておりスタッフどうしの会話が多く また声大きいので気になります｡｡店内は煙草もＯＫのようで 食事中に他のお客さんの煙が流れてきて･･最悪…居心地が悪く再訪はないと思います。
