週末の11:20分頃に到着
行列10人、 55分待ちで入店
料理が出てくるまでさらに20分程待ちました。
オーダーは
三右衛門 ロース 180g 3,000円
追加 林SPFヘレ 60g 1,000円
分厚いロースの断面は綺麗なピンクで、表面がキラキラ輝いています。
そのまま食べても甘みが口の中に広がりますが、薬味の塩を少しだけ付けるとさらに甘みが増して、間違いなくこれまで食べたとんかつの中で一番でした！
ヘレは、甘みや旨みはロースほどではありませんが、力を入れなくても噛めるほど柔らかで、こちらも間違いなく旨いです！
あー、１時間15分待って良かったです！
