前にテレビ番組で見た、味覚のプロといわれるソムリエが選ぶ全国のラーメンランキングに入っていたこちらのお店に初めてお邪魔させてもらいましたよ!!
頼んだのは特製ちょろらぁ麺(塩)です!!
チャーシューの種類、麺の量、バターの上乗せか別皿かを選べますよ!
具材は味玉、ミツバ、白髪ネギ、ホロホロ煮豚のチャーシュー、穂先メンマ、生バターですね。それに無料で置いてある海苔をトッピングしましたよ!!
ムール貝等の魚介類に、赤ワイン、林檎ジュース、日本酒等でうまみ成分をしっかり抽出したちょろ秘伝の白たれにブレンドした地鶏が合わさったスープは、滋味深く奥深い味わいのメチャクチャオイスィーやつですわ(*^▽^*)
そのスープに北海道産の生バターが濃厚なコクを加えて旨味が身体に染み渡りますね………マイウ~~~~(T∀T)生バターは必須ですね!!
香川県産讃岐コーチン生卵を練り込んでいる麺は、ツルパツ食感で歯触りがよく喉ごしも抜群でグレイトダゼ( ´∀`)……全粒粉でも食べてみたいなぁ…。
そしてチャーシューの元祖ホロホロ煮豚がその名のとうりホロホロ食感で、肉の旨味抜群でこれまた美味しくて最高!!
個人的にタイプのお味で満足しました!
