Choro-san has renewed its menu since May ☺️ The super luxurious "super" special Choro Ramen has been added to the menu, so I ordered it without hesitation ♪ My favorite original 3 slices of tender boiled pork char siu and 5 slices of rare char siu cover the bowl, and it even comes with a half-boiled seasoned egg, raw butter from Hokkaido, and black rose seaweed with a seaweed scent ♡ It used to come with green onions, mitsuba, and threaded chili peppers, but they are no longer there and it has been replaced with sakura sprouts ◎ I had the ramen with salt, but I feel like the soup has a stronger seafood flavor than before! The saltiness seems to have become slightly stronger. It has a refined yet deep flavor that seeps in really well ~ It goes well with the smooth noodles and is delicious ✨ Also, personally, I liked how the soup and sakura sprouts went well together! With just this amount of boiled pork and rare tea, you can eat it in many different ways and it was delicious. You can also enjoy the mellow taste change of the raw butter and the taste change of the black rose seaweed with a seaweed scent. It was a very satisfying bowl that I couldn't stop eating☺︎ In particular, the black rose seaweed that was newly added to the menu loosens up when dipped in the soup and the scent of the sea spreads wildly✨ The taste changes quite a bit, so I recommend adding it in the middle of the meal instead of adding it all at once and enjoying the change☺️ The staff roasted pork bowl is also a fragrant roasted pork with a slightly sweet soy sauce-based sauce. When you mix it with the thick egg yolk, it's just too delicious! This bowl is also a must-try◎ There are more and more other interesting menus, and I'm so curious about the whole wheat flour noodles and basil oil♡ The owner and the staff are always kind and polite, and it's really amazing✨ I'll go again! I ate and drank everything✨ Thank you for the delicious meal!
