ムール貝などの貝に、魚介、讃岐地鶏を合わせた塩清湯スープは透き通ってクリア感が◎
地鶏の滋味深いスープがベース、貝の旨等も加わった芳醇で奥深い味わいです。
ミックスなので、チャーシューはレア2枚とホロホロ煮豚チャーシューが1枚。
麺は細麺でバリカタ(10秒)･カタ(20秒)･ヤワ(60秒)とお好みで、麺量も選べますよ。
途中から、
生産地の北海道でも入手が難しいと言われている希少な倉島乳業のバターを加わえて味変タイム。
なんとも言えないコクが追加され、すっきりした旨みのスープの表情が一変します。
