I visited on a holiday when I had time. I had been interested in this restaurant for a while, and I had heard that it takes about 90 minutes to prepare an appetizer and main course, so I had no chance to try it on weekdays. It's past 12 o'clock. I didn't have a reservation, but I managed to slip in. Today's lunch B was radish potage appetizer, tuna and new cabbage pasta with oil sauce or minced beef bolognese risotto, and roasted Inunaki pork with Madera sauce. I also asked for red wine. I realized later that wine is expensive at this restaurant. The explanations of the dishes are very detailed. You don't have to worry about taking your time, as they will monitor the speed at which you are recommended to eat. The minced beef bolognese risotto I had today was delicious. The core of the rice is still intact. It had a slight Japanese-style scent with shiso, but I liked that it went well with wine. I had coffee after the meal and was able to relax, but I felt that the glass of wine was expensive.
