天満橋駅で用事をすました帰りに、以前よりブックマークしていたこちらのお店に伺いました。
オープンの12時ちょうどに伺ったため待ちもなくすんなり入店できましたが、1205を過ぎたあたりから次々にお客様が来店し、あっという間にほぼ満席となっていました。
前菜とフォカッチャ食べ放題のパスタセット（1200円）をラザニアに変更（＋200円）し、待つこと5分ほど。
先に前菜が到着しました。
確かに人気なだけあるなーと納得。
冷製スープやらハムやらキャロットラペやら、盛り沢山で、どれも美味しかったです。
フォカッチャの下に隠れているムース状のなにかが特に美味しかった。でも何かがわからない…
前菜を堪能しているとラザニアが到着しました。
見るからに熱そう。そして溶けたチーズの見た目が胃を刺激します。
ラザニアの中のミートソースにはホロホロのお肉が入っており、かなり食べ応えがあります。
また生パスタは結構太めでもちもちしていました。
かなり完成度の高いラザニアだと思いますが、私的に甘めのミートソースが好きなのでリピはないかな。
好みの問題なので、一般的には本当に美味しいラザニアだと思います。
次に行った時はパスタを食べたてみたいなと思います。
