私は凡庸なる者の守り神だ。映画『アマデウス』の一節。映画監督ミロス・フォアマンが逝く。『カッコーの巣の上で』と共に2度オスカー得た名匠の一人。シネマファンに成り立ての頃に見た『アマデウス』の衝撃は大きかった。どんなに努力しても乗り越えられない才能の壁はあるのだど痛感した。
さて、本日は土佐稲荷神社近くにあるパンのお店『ホットクロス 北堀江店』(大阪市西区北堀江4-12-10)さんへ足を運ぶ。なんとなくお店で食べるのが億劫だったので、パンを買って帰る事にした。
・ビッグビーフカレーパン
その名の通り、かなりのボリューム感。ごろっと大きなお肉が入っておりました。
・明太マヨちくわ
ちくわパンは考えた人は天才だと思う。意外に合うんだよな。
・アンドーナツ
これは王道の味。しっとり小豆の風味が揚げ生地のコンビネーション良し。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
こちらはカフェスペースもあり、ゆったり過ごす事もできますね。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
