美味しんぼ第5巻で海原雄山がしゃぶしゃぶを酷評したのはみなさんご存知かと思います。
その雄山が認めた魯山人風のようなしゃぶしゃぶが食べられます。
しゃぶしゃぶの鍋の中は、出し汁が張られ、大根おろしが沈められてます。
決して沸騰はさせず、肉にやさしく火を通します。
若くて綺麗な仲居さんは、美味しんぼのように、桜色の絶妙な火の通し加減で肉を上げてくれます。
そのままだし汁でいただけるので、既存のしゃぶしゃぶのような淡白さはありません。
一応お好みでポン酢もあります。
季節感のある肉ふんだんな八寸と炊き込みご飯が、単調になりがちなしゃぶしゃぶを、コース料理に変えてくれます。
今日は鹿児島名物の早取りタケノコ！都内だとなかなかお目にかかれませんねー。
あくまでしゃぶしゃぶなので本格派の日本料理ではなく肉料理です。
全席個室です。
牧場直営で鹿児島価格なのでとても使いやすいです。
