麻婆豆腐定食️
阿波座の方に来ると
毎日並んでる中華料理屋があって
そんなに美味しいのかと
思い今回は来店。
平日のお昼12時半過ぎぐらいに
着きましたが10分程度で
入れました！！
お店1番人気の9割の人が
注文するという麻婆豆腐定食を
僕も注文。
というのも後から知ったのですが
こちらのお店は福島の有名店
oilの姉妹店らしいです！
oilさんも麻婆豆腐が有名なので
そりゃみんな頼むなと納得。
そこで修行されてた方が独立して
オープンしたお店だそうです！！
そんなことも知らず
自然体でまず麻婆豆腐を
口の中に入れました。
なんだこの旨味が広がる感じ、、、
スパイシーな麻婆豆腐
独特の痺れる辛さ。
豆腐の柔らかさも硬すぎず
柔らか過ぎずちょうどいい。
めちゃくちゃ白飯が進む。
ご飯おかわり自由で
そんなに食べるつもり
なかったのに3杯食べてしまい
ました。
