11時45分に到着、外待ちが3組。
並んでいる間にオーダーを取りに来てくれ、初見だったので定番の麻婆豆腐定食をオーダーしました。
15分ほど待って店内へ。
すぐに料理が到着。
麻婆豆腐と卵スープ、春雨サラダとご飯。
ご飯はおかわり自由とのこと。
早速麻婆豆腐を頂きます。
美味い！でも辛い！
プラス200円で辛味を追加できるとのことで、追加するか悩みましたが、普通でも十分に辛い！
酸味がかなり強めで肉味噌の深いコクと旨味。
クセになりそうなシビ辛麻婆豆腐です。
スープはかなりあっさり目の優しい味。
刺激的な麻婆のあとにはちょうどよい優しさ。
春雨サラダも美味しい。
じわ〜っ汗が噴き出てきたぐらいのタイミングで完食！満足のランチでした。
