阿波座で仕事。
前回はうどん家あぶく、今回はココを目指す。
カウンター2か所あって、各4席、実質1人掛けのテーブルが1卓。
女性店主さんのワンオペ。
付近のリーマンやOLさん達でほぼ満席の人気ぶり。
BGMは、何故か今頃?!的にモーニング娘がかかっている。
メニューの数が豊富なので、選ぶのに迷う。
トマトソース派なので、選んだのは、
・なすとモッツァレラのトマトソース: \850
・パン&本日のスープ: \200
まず最初に出てきたのは、
・パン&本日のスープ
南瓜とコーンのポタージュ。
パンは小振りなサイズの食パンにマーガリンを塗ってトーストしてある。
『今、パスタご用意していま～す♡』
暫くして主役登場。
・なすとモッツァレラのトマトソース
モチモチ感のパスタ。
茄子とモッツァレラ・チーズとトマトソースがバランス良く美味しい。
生パスタメーカーの淡路麵業 (淡路島)のものを使っているらしい。
BMしたままの直営店・パスタ フレスカ ダンメンは淡路島に在るので、中々サッ!と行き難く、阿波座のココならアクセスが良い。
トヨタのカンバン方式的?! オーナーさんが一人で調理から精算、ラッシングまで効率良く、テキパキとされているのには感心するばかり。
『近藤君、ピリ辛でイイ?』と常連さんらしき若手リーマンに対する声掛けは、さながらオカンみたい?!
次は、常連さんが頼まれていて、後からメニューを詳しくみていて見つけたジェノベーゼソースのパスタを試してみたい。
