阿波座、靭公園の左翼の路地裏にあるスパゲッティのお店。
前から気になっていたのですが！なかなか相手いる時を見た事がなくて、テレワークタイミングで飛び込みました。
大きな看板もないので店の場所を忘れがちです。。。
12時を過ぎたら続々とお客さんが来て、すぐ席は埋まってしまいました。ビジネスピープルに人気あるんですね。
メニューのSNSの掲載が禁止とのことなので、掲載は控えますが、全て自家製ソースというスープのバリエーション以下な感じ。
・トマトスープ
・トマトクリーム
・クリームソース
・しょうゆクリーム
・ジェノベーゼ
そんなまとまりからあとは好きな具を選んでください。
大盛りは1.5倍 180g(150円)、2倍 240g(300円)
スープ(120円)
パン(80円)
ランチドリンク(150～200円)
というわけで、そのスープ外の、、、
野菜たっぷりしょうゆスパゲッティ(850円)＋スープ(120円)
ひとりで回しているので大分到着するまで時間がかかりましたが、野菜もたっぷりですごく家庭的なビジュアル。確かにこれはパスタではなくスパゲッティですね。特に区別がある訳では無いんですが、、、
まずスープ美味しい！
スパゲッティは結構しっかりとした味付け。甘めの醤油ベースで焼きうどんのスパゲッティ版のようなテイスト。かなり好きです。
スパゲッティの茹で具合もちょうどよいアルデンテ。
次は違うソースのやつ頼もう。
なんか家庭的味付けが美味しい安心なお店。
