ブルゴーニュで修行されたシェフのお料理を
アットホームな空間でいただけるお店です。
日曜の13時前に到着すると、この日は他に1組のみで落ち着いた雰囲気。
週替わりランチはFacebookで更新されます。
◇ランチメニュー（以下、税込価格）
A1,000円：前菜とサラダ、週替わりメイン、コーヒーor紅茶、お茶菓子

日替わり：骨付き鶏もも肉の白ワイン煮

■前菜盛り合わせとサラダ
*さつま芋のスープ
わぁ、トロリとまろやか～
さつま芋のマイルドな甘味、クリーミーさに胡椒がいいアクセント。
*タイムとローズマリーのポルペッタ
古いパンを再利用したイタリアの家庭料理。
刻んで牛乳に浸したパンに、チキンやツナ、ポテトなど残り物を混ぜて
焼いたり揚げたりする・・パンみたいな？
オムレツのような見た目ですが、こんがり焼き目の香ばしい生地に
挽肉ぽい具や、ハーブの香りが好相性！
バジルソースや赤いベリー？のソース、マヨっぽいソースも合う～！
サラダにも、色々な珍しい野菜が。
甘酸っぱいドレッシングは、ビネガーに蜂蜜やレモンとシンプル。
オレンジや胡瓜も隠れていました。
■自家製パン
素朴な見た目のバゲットですが、これが意外なほど美味しかった！
ヒキのあるクラム（パンの内側）は
しっと～り＆もちもち、ハマる食感♪
前日までに予約すれば、販売もしてくれるそう（1本400円、最大で5～6本まで）

■ローストポーク
メインにしては小ぶりなお皿ですが、お肉はしっかりゴロゴロ。
豚もも肉を使ったローストポークは
しっとりと柔らかく、噛みしめるほどに口中にじわじわと旨味が。
トマトソースも、フレンチらしい奥深さで
玉葱の甘味やグリーンオリーブの風味が重なる、優しく上品な味わい。
付け合わせは小松菜と、野菜と豆の煮込み。
レンズ豆はコリコリ、白いんげんはホクホク
玉葱やセロリ、人参などの香味野菜やベーコンの旨味が豆にしみ込み美味しい！
■コーヒー、お茶菓子
お菓子は、ブルーベリーと豆腐のケーキ。
しっとりジューシーな生地に、ブルーベリーの風味が合う！
お料理の見た目はシンプルですが、
ソースや煮込みなどの付け合わせも、丁寧に作られていて食べるとほっこり。
シェフ1人で切り盛りされていますが、
お料理やパンなど、お聞きすると色々と教えて下さいます。
ブイヤベースや肉厚なパテなど
