本場 濃厚白胡麻坦々麺うまし♫「辛将軍」
2019の麻辣ブームも去り、なんでもシビレりゃええって文化も終わりました。
麻婆カレーや麻婆うどん、麻婆ラーメンなど、もはやただのジャンクフード。
やっぱ王道メニューでええやん♫

場所は阿波座駅からすぐ。
間口は小さいけど派手なので目立ちます。
店内スタッフさんは中国人の方々。
こちらのお店は本場の坦々麺専門店なのだ。

単品でも良かったんだけど、坦々麺セット 950円をオーダー。
これは麻婆飯ハーフと白胡麻坦々麺のセットなのだ♫
最初に小鉢でサラダ。
んで、麻婆飯到着。
特に四川山椒が効いてる訳でも無く、普通に食べやすい。
辛さは普通って言ったからだろうね〜
いやいや、こんな感じでいいよ。
痺れ過ぎたら、この後の坦々麺の味分からんくなってまうもんね〜
しばらくして、着丼。
真っ赤なスープに浮かぶ青梗菜とミンチ肉。
スープを一口。
いや〜こりゃめちゃうまいっ♫♫♫
中国の漢方みたいな香辛料の味がミンチ肉からスープに浸透して、絶妙なオリエンタル風味を作り出しています♫
ストレート中太麺を掬い上げると付いてくる白胡麻とその風味。
レンゲでミンチ肉を掬い、口へスープと一緒に流し込みながら麺を啜ります。
さすが本場の坦々麺専門店だけあって、間違いなくうまい♫
他の坦々麺も魅力的で、次は汁なし坦々麺食べに来よっかなぁ〜♫
あえて比較するならば、近所の◯〜◯〜の坦々麺より数倍うまい♫♫
