This address is Awaza, Nishi Ward, but the nearest one is Honmachi Station, about a 10 minute walk away, on the second floor of a building. When you go up the stairs, there is a small ticket vending machine, and there is no door, so it suddenly becomes a store. The inside of the bar looks like an urban hideaway bar, and it doesn't have a particularly Italian feel to it, with all sorts of posters plastered all over it, and lively music playing. There's a counter in front of the kitchen and a table in the back, and the owner has a wild vibe. It feels like a free-spirited feeling with just one surgery. The lunch menu here consists of white Ramen, toppings such as red sauce and green sauce, and a limited menu.I ordered white Ramen (with chicken vegetables and hot water) from the rule on the top left of the ticket vending machine, and it arrived in about 8 minutes. Since it is white Ramen, it is foamy and white, which is different from the name of the product. When I tried it, the soup was rich with chicken vegetables and white water, mild due to the stirring effect, and accented with coarsely ground pepper. I had a box of noodles, so it was probably So-san's thin noodles. The ingredients were char siu, chicken char siu, mizuna, and green onions. I imagined it to be more of an Italian Cuisine restaurant, but it turned out to be more of a hideout type restaurant. It was delicious. It was a feast.
