全マンウィズファンに告ぐ……！！
今月中に行けば、店内BGM、ずっとマンウィズよ！
もうそれだけで近日中に再訪決定。
ちょいと分かりにくい入り口の、急な階段の先。
真っ先に見えたのがマンウィズのロゴ。
麺 ウィズ ア 味ッ噌ン。
たまにそんな感じのコラボ麺、やっちゃってるらしい。好きィィ！！
でも今回は初めましてなので、レギュラーメニューから。
アンチョビまぜそば800円
名物！白ラーメン800円
＋100円でランチセットをオーダー。
まずはランチセットの前菜。
オイルサーディンとオリーブと野菜のマリネ。
イタリアンの系列店だけあって、この辺もしっかり美味しい。
先にまぜそば到着。
角切りのチャーシューともやしが山盛りで、下の麺はまだ見えず。
底からガッと混ぜると、やや太めの縮れ麺が登場。
一口食べて思わず声が洩れた。
うまっ！！
アンチョビの旨味と甘さがたまらん。
なんの味か、細かいことわからんけど好きな味！！
ジャンク感のある濃さに、フライドオニオン？の香ばしさも加わって、あかんこれ中毒性高いやつや。
チャーシューは鶏と豚の2種類で、どっちもしっとりしててクオリティやばい。
生玉ねぎともやしのシャキシャキ感もあり、最後まで飽きることなく完食。
もちろん具が結構残るので、追い飯ダイブ。
うまー。がっつりチャーシュー丼、みたいな。
お連れ様の白ラーメンは鶏白湯にポルチーニの香り。
まぜそばとは真逆の、優しくて贅沢なポタージュのよう。
麺は細めで、泡立ったスープがよく絡む。
チャーシューは同じく2種類でしっとりうまい。
このチャーシューだけで、つまみにして飲めるよな。
実はこの白ラーメン、味変で「赤ソース」「緑ソース」がオススメらしいが、完全に忘却して完食してしまいました。チーン。
次回、麺ウィズと共にリベンジかましてきたいと思います。
