昨日(4/28)は大阪メトロ中央線阿波座駅に遠征、４番出入口に近い新店で美味しい魚介豚骨ラーメンを１杯食べた後、東に移動し阿波座駅と本町駅の中間に位置するこのお店を訪問・連食。
使い込まれた木製の急な階段を登って２階へ行くと、やはりラーメン店というよりは居酒屋といった雰囲気の内観、券売機で「白ラーメン(800円)」の食券を購入、奥の窓際の２人掛けテーブル席に着席。
しばし後白い泡で満たされた黒い丼が登場(このコントラストは見事)、その上に鶏と豚のチャーシュー・菊菜・刻んだ葱などが乗っていて、黒胡椒となにやら黄色い液体(オリーブオイル？)が振りかけられている。
レンゲでスープを一口啜ってみると、香味野菜＋ポルチーニのスープと鶏白湯スープを併せたというサラリとしたスープは、独特な味がしてとても美味しい。
緑ソースと称するバジルソースを加えるとイタリアンラーメンになるらしいが、そんなことをしないでデフォルトのままで充分だと思う。
麺を引き摺り出してみるとストレートの細麺で、食べてみるとパツっとかモチッとかした歯応えではないものの、そこそこスープを絡めてそれほど悪くはない。
２種のチャーシューもなかなか美味しいし、トッピングには比較的珍しい菊菜も良いアクセントになっていて特に違和感はない。
ということで完食、昨日の２杯目も大変満足できる美味しいラーメンでありました。
(ＰＳ)結構ゆっくり食べたのに、入店してから退店するまで誰も訪れることがなく、客は私一人だったというのは、このお店の高評価からすると不思議な光景でした。
