営業時間が短くなかなかタイミングが合わなかったけど、ずっと気になっていたお店。細長い急な階段を上がって店内に入ると、正面に券売機。店内は意外にもロックの香りがする店内。
店主はマキシマムザホルモンのTシャツ。。。好きだなー笑
ランチセット(900円)白ラーメン+ミニサラダ+イタリア前菜
あら、前菜がしっかりしている！
で、ラーメンはイタリア料理のポルチーニ野菜スープと鶏白湯を合わせたスープは店員さんとは対称的に繊細な味わい。
とにかくクリーミーな泡のスープに麺がよく絡みつつ、くどくない落ち着くラーメンですね。
色々変わったトッピングもあるので色々試してみる価値のあるお店ですね。
