大阪のお好み焼きをYouTubeで調べていたら、なお家が出てきて、キャベツの切り方が独特なのと美味しそうな作り方で食べたくなり行くことを決めていたお店でした。
阿波座駅からは徒歩5分くらいのところにありました。11時30分の開店に入れました。
店内には芸人さんのサインがたくさん飾ってあり、店主が元芸人さんということもあるのでしょうか。たくさん来店されているようです。
お店は広くいろいろなタイプの宴会も対応できそうな感じでした。
何を食べようかと色々悩みましたが、
お好み焼きは、定番のメニューを食べたいと豚玉のモダン焼きを注文しました。
焼きそばは、麺へのこだわりを知っていたので外せないメニューとして食べる予定でした。

外はカリカリで中はふっくらふわふわしていてソースの味も効いてて美味しかったです。キャベツの甘さも効いています！美味でした。
焼きそば
麺のもちもち感やお野菜とお肉とイカの風味がよくあっていて、ソースの味もしつこくなく大変美味しくいただきましました。
お店の雰囲気が良く入りやすかったです。
ぜひまた行きたいお店です。
