Riverside in Tosabori. A less crowded area between Nakanoshima and Awaza. The restaurant is small with 8 counter seats and 1 table for 4 people. It looks like it's going to be in a drama. . . Customers come in all the time on Sunday lunchtimes. The seats were full before noon. Inside the store, there are young, good-looking guys moving around very quickly, and that alone makes the store feel good. . . yeah? There are a lot of female customers lol One-soup eight-vegetable set meal with a choice of main dish Specialty boiled mackerel (1,500 yen) + Soft-boiled egg with cold oden (350 yen) Just before being served, you will be asked if you would like your rice large, medium or small. I asked for a small one. If it was takikomi rice, I should have made it larger. . . As you can see, it's a plate of one soup and eight vegetables. A number of ingredients that are all soaked in dashi soup. Each dish is small, making it look like vegetarian cuisine, but the main dish, including the braised mackerel, is well-seasoned. Personally, I think the main soup stock is still young. . . While I was thinking that, I was satisfied that I was able to have a nice lunch with a gentle seasoning.
