Sobasankaku has arrived at Awaza! This is a restaurant that was renovated after a former obanzai restaurant closed down. This is a popular soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) chain where you can casually go to ``Stand Soba Sankaku'' in Senba and enjoy delicious 100 percent soba noodles. Recently, there have been an increase in the number of off-shoot shops that are doing crazy collaborations, and this is a shop that serves Asian Ethnic Cuisine and soba noodles, mainly from Thailand and Mexico. The commonality that was forced onto them is that they are gluten-free. . . It's silly, but I don't hate it. . . Soba Sankaku's Juwari Soba is a dry noodle style with a firm texture. The flavor of soba is not that fancy, but it goes well with alcohol. I think the cold water method is a little loose here. . . Tacos are small and easy to eat. If I had to insist, cilantro would be a good choice. We also have a selection of Asian beers. The first Mexican beer I ever drank was called Tecate, and it sounded very Mexican. LOL But I didn't have my favorite Singaporean Tiger Beer...even though it's on Tabelog menu list? ? If your favorite beer is Black Label, I think Tiger Beer is a good match. It looks like they'll be adding more items related to Thai Cuisine from now on, so I'll probably go back in a little while. Thank you for the meal.
