The other day, after I had lunch, I was passing by and saw a person in Muay Thai clothes standing in front of the store. I had just eaten lunch, so I said I'd come back again, so I went there. I wonder if the inside of the restaurant is Okinawan or Mexican? If you look at the menu, you'll see 100% soba (lol). And when you look at the master, he's wearing Muay Thai? I had no idea what was going on, but I ordered taco rice for 900 yen. The rice is brown rice and brown rice with bamboo charcoal, which is a very unusual combination. Bamboo charcoal is an item we often use at home, so we used it for bamboo charcoal rice. The taco rice that came out had plenty of minced meat and plenty of vegetables, but it had a very bland taste that I personally didn't like. If you're an average person, you might want to add a little extra flavor. There were several types of sauces that you could put on something delicious that wasn't being served next to where I was sitting, but it looked like they were busy, so I just ate it. (I've been kind of passive lately, myself (lol)) Is Soba Sankaku some kind of famous franchise? It's some kind of chain store. It looks like a collaboration between that soba restaurant and an Ethnic Cuisine restaurant.
