11:20分ころ到着。一番乗りでした。
オープン時間には、私ともう１組しか並んでなかったのに、どこに隠れていたのか、続々とお客さん入店されて、ほぼ満席になってました。
ピザランチ、リゾットランチ、前菜盛り(一人前)いただきました✨
最初にセットのサラダが出てきます。
シャキシャキ美味しい！
前菜盛り合わせは、
右がラタトゥイユ、真ん中はホワイトソースのあえたん？、パテ?
って感じでした。
ラタトゥイユは、酸味強すぎず、脂っこさもなく、さっぱりスッキリしたちょうど良い味付け。
ホワイトソースあえ？は、マヨサラダ系かな?と思ったけど、マヨの酸味はなく、マスタードっぽい風味はあるけど辛くもなく、何で味付けしたんだ?って感じの和物でした！具も食べ応えのある角切り野菜がいろいろ(にんじん、じゃがいも、など)で美味しい！レシピ知りたい。。
パテも、ジュレがのってて、味も濃く美味しいです。
そしてメインのリゾットが先に到着〜！
これがまたうまいー！
枝豆と豚バラってのも珍しいけど、チーズの風味がとても濃くて、リゾットだけどご飯は硬めで、食べ応えあるリゾットです。
そしてピザ！
他の方の口コミで、小ぶりと聞いてたので、小さいの想像してたけど、思ったより大きめ！
生地はもちふわでかなり軽くて、強火で焼くのでおこげが香ばしくて、とても美味しいー！！
ピザ窯みたら、ピザがもうもうと燃えてました笑
店員さんも明るくいい雰囲気で心地よかったです◎
