本日も毎週恒例の会社の人たちとのお食事会です。
今週のメニューは「うどんすき」となりました。
本町にある、こちらのお店に連れて行ってもらいました。
■美々卯（みみう）
厳格な門構えで、少し敷居が高そうな印象でした(^^;;
誰かに連れてってもらわないと、なかなか入れそうにない上品なお店です。
「うどんすき」とは、うどんを加えた魚介系の鍋料理のことで、こちらの美々卯さんが登録商標を取得しているそうです。
貝殻でできたレンゲです。
オシャレですね。
●うどんすき
とっくりから出汁が並々と注がれていきました。
まずは、うどん投入です。
すべて中居さんがやってくれるので、固唾を飲んで見ていました。
具材も色鮮やかです。うどんすきの完成です。
同じ具材をまとめて入れるのではなく、一人分ずつ具材を配置してくれるのも嬉しい配慮ですよね。
深みのあるスープが美味しかったです。
具材にもスープの旨味が染み込んでいて深い味が出ています。
こちらは生きているエビです。
トングで挟んで、そのまま鍋に入れました。
しっかり挟んでいないと、ぴくって動いて出汁がはねるらしいです(^^;;
今まで生きていたエビなので、プリッとした食感です。
新鮮で美味しいと思う半面で、命をいただいていると感じる瞬間でした。
美味しくて上品なお料理をいただけて、とっても満足なお食事会でした。
